Seattle Open Coffee Club Trial

I've long complained that there isn't more early stage entrepreneur and investor networking in Seattle....so I decided to try and do something about it.

I'm going to try this format and see how it goes. I'm setting up a weekly meeting at Louisa's on Eastlake, Tuesdays at 8:30 AM starting on April 17 2007.  Come have a cup of coffee with me and others.

And please spread the word!!  Check it out here.

Great idea. I've been reading on Brad Feld's blog about his efforts. I'll watch it and come when possible.

This sounds great, but why the early-morning hour? You're not going to get many of the techie crowd. The good ones are never up and going at that hour! ;-)

How long do people usually hang out?

We had 16-18 folks show up this morning at Louisa's at 2349 Eastlake. Most everyone who was present was in the early start up stages of their company.

For those of you who are planning to come next week, you can usually find parking on the East side of Eastlake Ave E or on the West side if you come after 9 AM (there is no parking from 7-9 AM.)
